Using this website

This website introduces Express Dispo and lets wholesalers submit property deals for review. Please provide accurate information and submit only deals you are authorized to share.

A submission is not an agreement

Submitting a deal does not create a joint venture, assignment, representation or other agreement. Fees and how we work together are agreed separately in writing before marketing.

Timing and outcomes

Most of our deals have a cash buyer within two weeks. This describes our experience; it does not guarantee a buyer, placement, closing date or outcome for any particular deal.

Our role

Express Dispo is not a real estate brokerage and does not represent sellers or buyers. We participate in transactions as a principal or joint-venture partner. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or investment advice.
